Poor House Advice and 1861 Census Lookup

Louisa Isabella Waite was born in 1858(April 15?) in the poor house at Boston, Lincolnshire. She was adopted by "Aunt" Mary Ann Sinclair at 2 years of age. I would like to find her on the 1861 census in a Sinclair household -- age 2 or 3. She might be in Lincoln, but in 1881 she was in York. ...Also, does any one have any suggestions about how to find birth records for someone born in the Union Work House/Poor House at Boston in 1858? I would like to know Louisa's parents. Thanks for your help.
