Thank you so much. Elizabeth Thistlewood Strawson may be the sister of George Coulby Thistlewood who is my relative. He was born 11/1/1855 in Lincoln County, England and died 8/23/1916 in Oglethorpe, Georgia.
George married Elizabeth Virginia Bryan 10/21/1882 and had five children:
Gertrude Irene
(b. 2/25/1894, m. 6/8/1912,
d. 10/21/1949)
Edith T. Gage
Arthur Middleton
d. in Houston, TX
Robert (Changed name to Turner)
Elizabeth Coulby
Married a Holloway
Pauline
Married a Williams
George S.
Unfortunately, I can't at the moment say where the information came from. I believe it was information obtained by word of mouth from elders who knew the people involved.
