Hi Brandy - I think there may be a connection here. My wife's ggg grandmother was Rebecca Sandall, christened 9 April 1815 in Rippingale (just a few miles north of Bourne). She and her family must have moved to Bourne as she was married there 12 May 1836 to Edward Knott, where they had a family. Rebecca had two older brothers, Edward and William, perhaps they are the father to your Robert. I've got alot of information on the Sandall's several generations further back, primarily from the microfilms that I've ordered from the Bourne and Rippingale parishes.
