Someone must be related out there to this family of Huxleys from Great Easton.
James Huxley and Elizabeth Barratt were married in Manchester 27th may 1793 then went to I think Chester where my Richard Emmerson Huxley was born St john's Chester 1796
The couple settled in 'Great easton' Leicestershire where children
Edward Barratt was born Bap 17th may 1794
Joseph 1799
Thomas christopher born bap 4th June 1802
Robert born bao 13th June 1808
Eliza born bap 6th November 1810
Not too sure that Joseph was born to this couple but think he was!
Does anyone know of this family.Do not know if the family stayed in Great Easton or went elsewhere!The church registers of 'Great Easton' Wouldn't tell me much as the family don't originate from there.Need to know who James Huxleys father is! Thanking you Gillian Scates.
