the 1851 census says he was born in 1790. As the 1841 census has birth years rounded off by at least 5 years for those over 15, the 1851 census is considered the best "year of birth" indicator.

Did you have Philis's death in Wallingford in March Quarter 1852 Volume 2C page 205 or 295
