Thank you for the reply. I descend from a Francis Dorset[t]born about 1734 and found in Orange & Chatham counties of North Carolina, USA about 1760. Some researchers indicate they migrated from Dorset Co. (shire)England but do not show proof. Dorset is also the name for a type of sheep with very large horns.
