Hello Tammy,
I located a marriage index at two different sources for a Thomas Paddock and Matilda Sanders, which shows the marriage took place on 30 March 1829 in the Holy Trinity Church of England, Dorchester, Dorset.
One of the sources is the LDS British Isles Vital Records Index (BIVRI) collection on CD ROM, while the other is the LDS website at www.familysearch.org
Both indexes provide the same information about the marriage. Please see below:

The full marriage record can be found on LDS microfilm number 1279495 which you can order from your local Family History Center. The full marriage record may possibly tell you the names of the fathers of the bride and groom, though may not tell you who their mothers were.
I also located the christening indexes for children of a Thomas Paddock and a Matilda. Matilda's last name is not given in the indexes.
If you would like these please let me know. I can also send you census indexes for the Paddock family for the years 1841-1881.
