Eliza's sister Emily born 12/09/1836 was my great-grandmother. She married Thomas Jenkins in Newport Monmouthshire 20/08/1861.There was a brother Henry born 1832 in Bridport. I am new to this and am trying to put all info into order. will be happy to answer any questions if I can.
Do you know which part of Wales John Thomas came from?
I believe Jane Whetham also had a brother Charles bMay 1812 in Bridport who became Sir Charles Whetham, Lord Mayor of London 1878. I have an extract from the Illustrated London News - Nov.9th.1878 which seems to verify this.
