The Latter Day Saints (LDS) have filmed the Church of England parish register transcripts for Seaton and Beer, Devon back to the year 1584, which means if your Moore and Copp ancestors had lived in this parish for several years, there may be a great deal of information pertaining to them in the parish registers.
For example I located the LDS baptism indexes for several children of James Moore and an Elizabeth. The indexes show the baptisms occurred in Seaton and Beer, beginning in the year 1809, a year after the marriage of James and Elizabeth. These include the baptisms of James, Sarah, William, and Elizabeth, or Eliza as she is named in the index, plus several children born and baptized before them as well as children born and baptized after them.
In addition I also found the LDS index for the marriage of James Moore and Elizabeth Copp, but the information from the index shows the marriage took place in Seaton and Beer on 11 May 1808, rather than on 22 February 1808 in Brixham. I wonder if it is possible the marriage was recorded in both parishes.
The LDS index for the marriage of James and Elizabeth are accompanied by LDS microfilm source information for further research, as are the baptism indexes for the children.

The marriage index shows that transcripts of the marriage are on two different LDS microfilms, both of which are actually transcripts of the parish registers, which should make the entries a great deal easier to read than copies of the originals themselves.
The parish register transcripts for the Seaton Church of England can be found on LDS microfilm number 0916932. A computer generated printout of the parish register marriages can also be found on film number 1037031. Both films can be ordered from your local Family History Center.
A little further below you will see the baptism indexes for the children of James and Elizabeth. Elizabeth’s maiden name however, is not listed in the records.
The first index below is for the 19 February 1809 baptism of Elizabeth Moore.
Like the marriage index for her parents, her baptism can be found in the Seaton parish registers transcripts on microfilm number 0916932.
Unlike the marriage index however, the computer generated transcripts are on a different film, covering parish baptisms only. This is film number 933395, also available from the Family History center.
The baptisms for the all Moore children then, will be on LDS microfilms 0916932 and 933395.

I also looked for the baptism indexes for James Moore and Elizabeth Copp at the LDS website, but did not find them recorded in Seaton and Beer.
But, the LDS have not placed all their indexes online to date, which means, if James and Elizabeth were born and baptized in Seaton and Beer, their christenings may be on the LDS microfilms.
