Jerrilynn,

After checking Ancestry.com and the census, I have found information that may be on the Jacob England you are seeking. A note on Ancestry says: Jacob was the first child born in Stafford Co. Va. to John and Ann Nancy Musselman England. He married Lavinia ? ca. 1805. Lavinia was born abt. 1782 and died Nov. 1851 in Richmond, Va. Shockoe Cemetery, Richmond, Va. Jocob was a blacksmith He is buried in Shockoe Cemetery , Richmond, Va. Jacob and Lavinia had two children.

I found him on the 1850 Census for Orange Co. VA with his wife, living with grown children. I can do some further checking if you need more. Kathy
