#11 John and #29 Mrs. John were my great grandparents, apparently on a trip back to the old country. She was his 3rd wife, and about to give birth to my grandfather. #16 Henry and #26 Edward were children of his first wife who died, and #22 "Emmy" must be Anna May, child of the 2nd wife who died shortly after her birth. Ages all match.

John immigrated sometime in the late 1800s, and wife Kate van der Waa was a first generation American, born in Iowa to homesteaders.
