Bernice, et al.
If this is the same Sarah Enge we are looking at for the Jorgen and Rakel Enge family, I can share what I know. Sarah was the youngest child and was born in Norway, probably somewhere around Stavanger. She moved with her family to LeGrand, Iowa, in 1869 or 1870 when she was an infant. In 1880, she was listed asbeing 11 years old on the census. Older brothers and sisters would have included Reier, Nels, Lena, Jorgen, Rachel, and Hilda.
We do have one letter from Sarah dated in 1945, and she outlines some of the family history from the earlier times, including birth places of both her parents. She did not go into much detail on nieces and nephews, although she was apparently in contact with some of those family members. But that was two generations of family members ago, and the family is spread all over the nation at this point.
