The little bit of Info I have on James Infinger also comes from the Census. My connection is through his brother, Capers J. Infinger (1833 to 23 Apr 1859), who was my great great grandfather. Efforts to trace their ancestors back beyond John Infinger (b. ca. 1780 in SC) haven't produced anything of substance yet. I also hoped to talk with Mr. Woodham but learned that he has passed away and have no info on what happened to his Infinger research. I'll be happy to let you know if anything interesting turns up.
