Looking for information on James Henry Empie who married Catherine Getman. James was b. @ 1814. I suspect that he possibly descends from John Empie then Frederick Empie. James and Catherine were in Portage Co. and Waukesha Co., Wisconsin. It appears they may have had 5 children: Wallace b. @1843, Hannah Marie b. @ 1845, James C. b. @1849,
Margaret A. b. @1850 and George b. @ 1852. Any help would be appreciated. Linda:)
