Hi Margaret,
Sorry can't tell you at present as the only leads I have for William and Phebe are John and William 1740's of Whissonsett and possibly Anne 1735 Tatterford.
I have however come across the Keswick lot in course of my search and have a note to say:
!841/51 censuses show Robert b circa 1795 East Carlton and
Maria had children Harriet c.1824, Thomas c.1828, Frederick c.1833, Charles c.1836,Robert c.1838 all resident in Keswick.
Looks good for matching your Thomas - if so I can say that
Thomas bapt 8.11.1895 at East Carlton parents were Charles Emms and Amy Burr - they also had Mary bpt 1.1.1797; Charles bpt 23.9.1798; Rebecca bpt 28.11.1802; James bpt 28.12.1806 and Sarah bpt8.2.1809 all at East Carlton.
Hope this helps. Regards Jan
