Thanks for sending me the info on the Osmun's. Do you know any libraries where I can find a copy of that Hunterdon County landowners' map/index?

Is the date 1808 in the reference to the "Z. Osmun farm" the date the particular map was made?

One of the West Jersey Great Tract records has a list of "Persons that have applied for places not yet leased" and one of the persons is a Wm. Osmun who was evidently recommended by a Molly Emley. Do you have any Molly Emley's?

I noticed you mention Emley / Embly Osmun and his wife Catherine Teeple, who moved to Susq. County, PA. I assume he was named after the Emley family somehow. Have you been able to connect him to any of the Emley's? (Or any of the Osmun's??)
