In the Passenger and Immigration Lists Index by William Fiffby and Mary K Meiger ?, there is a George Emley listed 1731-1222 pg.89
in Virginia. Also John Emley 1731-1222 pg. 89 in Virginia and William Emley, New Jersey 1677-8070 pg. 379. It says William arrived with wife, 2 children and servants.
Another book is British convicts shipped to American Colonies, by James Davil Butler. It has George Emly 1731-1046 pg.31, James Emly 1731-1046 pg. 31, and Samuel Emly Philadelphia,PA 1729-5924 pg.92. Another one that might be of help is English convicts in colonial America by Coldham, Peter Wilson. Hope this helps!
Marlene
