Rhonda, There is a possible listing for Michael LITTO coming up to Sydney from Melbourne in 1873 on ship ALEXANDRA as a crew member - he is listed as British crew -age fits (27 years)

I cannot find him in any assisted or unassisted passenger list

If he was a crew member then there would be no records of his parents names on this ship

Was Britain in control of Portugal in those days?
