I am not related and I don't have any information but I offer these three suggestions.
1. In the 1900 Rock Co. WI census, "Bose" said he immigrated in 1855 and his citizenship status was "PA", papers applied. You could check for his Declaration of Intention in Rock County. See http://www.wisconsinhistory.org/libraryarchives/arcnet/whitewtr.asp for more information. This document may contain his birthplace, parents' names, when he arrived in the U.S., on which ship, etc. You can see a sample Declaration from Missouri at http://www.slcl.org/branches/hq/sc/nat/docs/nat-dint-wives.htm/.
2. Borce was a 75 year old widow on 19 April 1910, when the census was taken in Beloit City, Rock Co. WI. He was then living with his son George and George's wife, Julia. I can't find Borce in the 1920 census so he must have died 1910-1920. Email the Beloit Public Library, http://www.beloitlibrary.info/contactus.html and request a copy of his obit. If the obit confirms he died in Beloit, then you could get a copy of his death cert, which may contain his parents' names and birthplaces, IF the informant knew that information.
3. If Borce was Lutheran, he may have been a member of a church in Whitewater, perhaps First English. They were formed in 1858 and they may have some information on the family. Check their webpage at http://www.felcww.org/.
