It`s been a while since you posted your message and may be you have already found the answers to all your questions.
Just wanted to let you know, that I did find William Heinonen, leaving Liverpool on board the Saxonia on the 30/10/1906. His age is given as 16, profession: labourer. The Saxonia was bound for Boston and their is a remark for many passengers as well as for William: port of which passenger has contracted to land: HULL.
