Looking for J. R.(John Richard) Emery born 1853 or 1854, parents unknown however some records show they were from Murfeesboro, TN. J. R. moved to alabama he also had a brother Carrell or Carrol D. Emery, not sure if there was any other brothers or sisters. Both J. R. and Carrell D. married sister with the last name Brown (Lula Malinda and Betty). Their father may have died and mother remarried with a different last name. Last name could have been spelled Emory, Emery or Hembree. J. R. applied for a marriage lic. February 3rd 1892 in Falkville, Alabama
