Emery/Martel (in the 1800s)

I am looking for info on Josephte Emery married to Jean-Baptiste Martel. Their daughter Emilie married Alexandre Dorion in Mattawa, Ontario, Canada abt 1896.
Alexandre was the son of Narcisse Dorion & Cecile McDonald. I have no idea where they all came from but possibly from the States. Alex & Emilie are not burried in Mattawa.
Any info at all is welcome!
