Hi,
Alonzo Emery is my great great grandfather and Albert is my great grandfather. Albert's son Bernard P. Emery is my grandfather. He had seven children and my father is Bernard P. Jr.
I have some information about Alonzo most of what I have is based off the information that my Dad's cousin Charlie gave my sister. I have come across enough documents and sources though!
Alonzo's children I have listed as our Albert Nov 1872, Nathan Emery 1875 and Willis 1877.
I have his parents as Nathan Emery 1816-1897 and Sally (Sallie?) Fish 1818-1871. I found only one sibling for him Lydia Emery 1851. I am trying to get more information on the family in Canada, but it isn't easy you know because Quebec.
Nathan's father were from New Hampshire. William Emery the 3rd. 1780-1860 and his mother was Polly Simmons 1784-1843. They had at least two other children. Polly Simmons 1803 born in Newbury New Hampshire. As well as John Emery 1805. I do not have Polly Simmons's parents. I found out their information from the Genealogy of John and Anthony Emery. The notion is that William the 3rd along with his wife and two children went to Hatley Canada and had many other Emerys! Since there is a gap of 11 years between Nathan and John I think that there should be more siblings here, but I will have to explore more.
From William the third his parents were William Emery Jr 1751-1829 Newbury New Hampshire and Hannah Emerson 1753-1780 New Hampshire. They had many children that I haven't added to the group sheet yet, but it is in the Genealogy of John and Anthony Emery.
Hannah's parents were Charles Emerson and Rhoda Hadley.
William Jr's parents were William Sen. born in 1725. and Mary Chase 1729 West Newbury Mass.
Mary Chase's parents were Nathan Chase and Judith Swayer.
William Sen. parents were Edward Emery 1694 Newbury Mass -1749 Newbury New Hampshire and Sarah Sibley 1699 Mass - 1808 Merrimack New Hampshire
Her parents were Samuel Sibley - 1659-1708 and Sarah Wells.
Edward's parents were Jonathon Emery 1652-1723 Newbury Mass and Mary Woodman 1654-1723.
Mary Woodman's father was Edward Woodman Jr. 1628 England -1694 Newbury Mass and Mary Goodridge 1634 Watertown Mass-1679
Jonathon's parents were John Emery 1598 England - 1683 Mass and Mary Shatswell 1606 England -1694 Mass. Mary and John Emery both had previous Marriages. So that's important because I got information for both from trees from the first marriage! John's first Marriage was Alice Grantham and Mary's was John Webster.
