Make that four cousins. My husband is a descendant of the same John Emery b. 1724, son of Zachariah Emery. According to the book, "Genealogical Records of Descendants of John and Anthony Emery of Newbury, Mass. 1590-1890" compiled by Rev. Rufus Emery printed in 1891 by The Salem Press, this Zachariah was the "son of Zachariah and Elizabeth (Goodwin) Emery; married Sarah ____ (died Oct. 8, 1732).", grandson of James Emery and great grandson of Anthony Emery who with his brother, John, and their families arrived in Boston, MA in 1635 on the ship James. John and Anthony were carpenters from Romsey, Hampshire(or Hants), England. Want more details Email me.
