In 1890, Rev. Rufus Emery published his compilation about The Descendants of John and Anthony Emery. There is a Lydia Emery who married Joseph Jellison in 1799 mentioned on page 412. The book says that that Lydia was the daughter of Rev. Simon and Molly (Hodgdon) (sic) Emery. She might be the one you're researching.

A good genealogical library might have a copy of the book. I know that the New England Historic Genealogical Society has the Emery genealogy available in its circulating library.
