Andrew, I am looking for info on William Emery b. 1751 d. 1779 in Rev. War. William married Ruth Thompson. I found Ruth in Surry Co. Va. in census after the death of William. William and ruth children were, William, John, charles, Elizabeth, and Sarah.
John married a Mary Whitten. charles had a son Moody Emery and Moody had a son Nicholas who married Jane Seaver.
Sarah Emery married William davis. Sarah was born on April 11, 1776 at cobham Surry co. d. July 29, 1836 in surry Co. Va.
Sarah and William Davis children were , Polly, Sally Ann , Elizabeth Emery , and thomas .
We can't find out who William Emery parents were. Are where he is from. Do you have a William Emery in your info who marries a ruth thompson. We have William Emery War info and find family members who join the DAR on William emery mar. to Ruth Thompson.
