Can you tell me if Dr. George Reed Emery was ever in the Milintary at one time. The reason why I ask is that I read somewhere that he was. If he was could you tell me at all what his rank, regiment or how long he stayed there. Could you tell me if any of his sons were in the civil war, and if his granfather or father was in the Milintary too.
