Emby/Embry/Embrie/Hembree etc

Hi I'm an American Embry. From what I can tell there are many variations on this surname that also include Ambry, Amury and others. Our family tree seems to like to travel and we are all over the world. I am trying at this point to complete my branch over the sea to London and perhaps France. The trail ends for me in 1635 when Henrie Embrie sailed from London to Virginia on the ship "America". There's reason to believe he was an indentured servant. I also have reasons to believe he was a French Huguenot who fled the Pas du Calais area of France. There are three towns in France with Embry "ish" names. Can we trade some information? If you are interested in the french connections, go back to my posting, click on my name and then click on my prior postings. You'll see in the Embry and France forums information gathering I've been doing in this area.
