children named: Thomas and Robert Embrey (sons)
wife's name "Ann"
witnesses: Lincefield Sharpe, Swanson Brown and John Brown.

Believe wife "ANN" had will:Will of Ann Embrey, 9 Feb. 1790, 22 Feb. 1790
Son: Robert Embrey to have various stock animals...
To: Elizabeth Taylor to have 1 bed... [SHE MARRIED JESSEE TAYLOR]
To: John Embrey (son of Robert) to have 2 close bodied coats.. .
Daughter: Nancy Butler to have my saddle...
Exrs: administration granted to Robert Embrey & Jeremiah Brown, noted that
Thomas Embrey is the next of kin if he wants to contest the will must do so
at April cout.

Would anyone know who the CHARLES JONES was in record with JESSEE TAYLOR?
pp. 326-327 - This indenture made 23 July 1785 between JAMES MONTETH of County of Loudoun of one part and SOLOMON WALKER of Stafford County of other part Witnesseth that in consideration of Rents doth grant to farm lett land on Deep Run beginning at a Hiccory, corner of Gollop..west side of Deep Run containing 150 acres with Horses, Oxen carts and carages to hold during natural lives of SOLOMON WALKER, FRANCES his wife and JOHN WALKER son of SOLOMON WAKER or longest liver paying on or before 1st January MDCCLXXXVI yearly six pounds current money together with quit rents and taxes..to plant at least 100 apple trees at thrity feet distance from each other within good fence and also to build a dwelling house, at least twenty feet long and sixteen feet wide..
