Sarch C. Emmerling/Emberling married Neins F. Sutton on October 4, 1878 with Peter Brown, J.P., performing the ceremony and A. D. Hatfield staying as their security (??). Is this Sarah the widow of William Emberling on the 1870 Sequatchie Co., TN, census? Has anyone traced what happened to the children listed on the 1870 census?
