Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Jak, one other thing. You mentioned that you had either seen, or know of, ELYARD graves in your area. Dont put yourself to any trouble, but if you could provide ANY information from gravestones/etc it would be VERY appreciated.
Info such as names/spellings, mother/father's names, and any listed children on such stones may provide some of the links i am missing, even if it is only for a handful of ancestors.
One thing that the parish's didnt seem concerned about recording was death/burial dates, and I have a number of ancestors who seemed to "disappear" - some i believe died as infants/children, thus dying before marrying. Any dates for their deaths would help enormously in knowing which lines I no longer need to pursue.
