I visited the Blairsville Cemetary. It appears to me that Josiah's stone is yet another victim of vandalism. I pestered the people that run the cemetary to take me to the area where his stone should be, and they did.

If you give me some time, I can provide you with the exact year of death and the exact location in the cemetary. This is required before the people who run the cemetary will even talk to you. After the holiday's I was planning on contacting an American Legion Post to see what they do for Civil War Vets graves. It would be a whole lot more effective if you or someone else who is directly descended from him were to assist.
