Sounds like your husband's uncle would be the one. Had a dairy/farm? Added a lake and stocked with fish in 40's 0r 50's?
Dad and Mother both lived to age 95, always independently. My father died in 1997, here in Virginia Beach, on his 95th birthday, which was also their 70th wedding anniversary.
Mother continued to live on her own, but close by my sister and me, till 1999.
