I am looking for information on Mamie (Elwood)(Skipper) Bruton. From researching her name I believe she was a Elwood married to one of the following Skippers
Rev. John Burnett Skipper
Eli Skipper
Nathan Skipper
William Skipper
Apprently her husband died and she remaarried
a James Walter Bruton. Togeather they had a child Helen Gertrude in 1902 in Fitzgerald, Benthill County, GA.

I have searched the 1880 - 1900 NC, SC, Ga census records and find nothing for her.
