After reading many of the entries I know you all are much further ahead of the game than I. Actually, I happened upon this sight by accident, but am glad I did. For those of you asking about the Elsbury gathering in Cedar Rapids, it's held in July (third week I think). The person in charge is Berdette Elsbury - he lives in Cedar Rapids. Kathy Elsbury also helps out. She lives in Taylor Ridge. Berdette is the son of John, who was the eldest of John and Caroline, "Carrie" (Bruggman) Brigman. There were four sons from that marriage, John, Walter, Floyd and Earl. I'm Earl's youngest daughter. John's siblings, maybe cousins, were Fred, Bill, Pearl, Evaline...sorry, it's late and I can't remember many. Of the four boys, Floyd is the only one still living. One of John's daughters, Joyce, has been doing some research. I can ask about giving out her address. Thanks for this site! Pam Berenger
