My husband's grandfather was William James Elsbury and he did indeed go down with the Titanic. There are a lot of Elsbury's in Illinois and Indiana. Bill's father, Robert Lloyd, was born on the family farm in Gurnee, Illinois. Cara Hand, a granddaughter, did get in touch with you once about her relationship to the Titanic Elsburys.
