Can anyone help us. My friend was adopted from El Salvador in 1981. His passport states that he was born in Alegria, Usulutan.
We are looking for the address of the
Pneumological Hospital where he was abandoned.
Could you help us know where to begin our search for his family. He has siblings that he would like to find and he had 2 parents.
