Gilberto CUESTAS-GARCIA was born i EL SALVADOR. I don't know much about him. Olny that he was from Guaymonga, Ahuachapan (Cautas) near (plantanares) I don't even know if that information is relevant. He was the Mayor of agriculture. I heard his father or his Brother was a Judge, I'm not too sure. I also found out that he has 4 other Daughters that was born in EL SALVADOR
