this is me again,,,,I do not know of people in el salvador who still does, but of course there are a lot of people who still speak maya,,,,,,I am not sure but I think in Belize they are still teaching it so that they do not loose their roots I met a teacher who did.
that dialect it is not only spoken in el salvador but the mayority of countries in central america and the south of mexico, Yucatan
