Alice Elmy was the sister of my ancestor, William Elmy of Palgrave, Suffolk, England.
I was able to find Alice Elmy in an Elmy Pedigree printed in 'Suffolk Manorial Families' Volume One, by J.J. Muskett(Exeter,1900),P.197 - even though her Christian name was apparently not known. She was mentioned as :-
"... married to ...Gippes or Gibb, farmer of Friends Hall in Norfolk and had issue,John,Henry,Thomas, Anne married to John Fiske(who went with his family into New England),Mary and Sarah."
Her father was Richard Elmy and her mother Margaret,"daughter of ...Lawrence,a famous preacher to those who fleeing for religion in Queen Mary's days met together in woods and secret places as they could. He was a gentleman of great estate and exceeding in liberality to the poor. In the time of Queen Elizabeth he preached at Fresingfield. He owned St. James' Park in South Elmham."

I hope this information helps you.
