Hello Jeffrey

That is the million $ question. I have LOTS of Peters in my pedigree (too many). I have Peter born est 1627 in Richmond Co VA as an ancestor. I also have a Peter born abt. 1643 in North Farnham Parish, VA. It could be any Peter Elmore. The transport was made by Thomas Powell to Abraham Bush and Peter Elmore for the transport of six people to the US. What if....Abe's pal Peter already lived in the US, and had voyaged back to England for some loose ends to tie up or something and was on a return voyage. We know Abe's family wasn't there yet, but my Peter goes back to even more Elmore's in VA before that land patent was issued.

Lot of ?????? No clear cut answers.

Thanks!

Karen Elmore
