I am searching for the parents of William Elmore b 11/16/1879 in Alabama d 6/17/1957 in California. He married Erah Davis b 9/1892. The 1880 Pickens County census shows a Elmore family with a W A Elmore age 1. This fits but I am not sure if it is him. William and Erah had son Norman Don Elmore (my husbands great grandfather) b 5/4/1910 in TX d 12/9/1992 in CA. Does anyone have any further info?
