I am working on this family for a friend. I have a little information on Muriel Oma Elmore. born 12 July 1920 in Noma, Holmes County, Florida and died 11 Feb 2003 in Hattiesburg, Forrest County, Mississippi. She married Chester William christy 29 Feb 1944 in Marianna, Jackson County, Florida. He was born 1909 and died 1945. She also married Edward William Custer. He was born 19 Dec 1919 Holly Springs, Marshall County, Mississippi and died 24 Dec 1996 in Birmingham, Alabama. I am looking for more information on the mother of Muriel, Leslie "Lessie" Murphy born 22 Apr 1894 in Geneva County, Alabama and died 18 Jun 1980 in Noma, Holmes County, Florida.
