Betty: John Allen Elmore had four children. John Rueben and Emily J by first wife Susan Roberts. Susan died in childbirth in 1859 and John married Sarah Osburn and had Joseph Henry called Henry and a daughter Susan a few weeks after he died from mumps complications.
Which child are you decinded from. I am decinded from Emily J Elmore Smith thru their youngest son John Leroy Smith. I have recently obtained pictures of two of John Leroy's sisters and what happen to them. Wilma
