I am trying to find the birth parents or siblings of my mother Willie Belle (may have been Willabelle or something like that) who was born 1919/20 in either Oklahoma or Texas and died in 1968 in San Diego, CA. She was raised by foster parents(named Evans) in Oklahoma and her married name was Rainbolt. I believe she had a number of siblings; possible first names Roy, Lola Lee, Ola Mae and I think they lived in Texas. I am interested in any information about family history.
