Hi! I'm seeking information on Ruphus Ellsworth, wife's name Debby Randall. He served in the Revolutionary War, as did two of his brothers ( William was killed, don't know the other's name). Ruphus and Debby's daughter Amy married Issac Brock, and moved from Grafton, NY to Potter Co., PA in 1840.( They were my g.ggrandparents.) According to my research, Grafton, NY was created AFTER the Revolution, so I'm not sure where Ruphus was from originally. Ruphus's father fought in the French and Indian War, but I don't know his first name. Any help would be appreciated!
