I have never been able to contact Harriet Ellsworth Siebert's family, but included in some info she gave my grandmother was the following:

SAMUEL ELLSWORTH4 of Wentworth, New Hampshire
(son of Jeremiah3, Jeremiah2, Jeremiah1 ) was born in Rowley MA on August 7, 1751; married in Amesbury MA in Second Congregational Church on September 29, 1774 to Judith Leister (another spelling: "Listy’).
1. Jeremiah Ellsworth5 born Brentwood NH in 1775
2. Moses Ellsworth5
3. Samuel Ellsworth, Jr.5
4. John Ellsworth5 born about 1782
5. Benjamin Ellsworth5 born about 1784
6. Sally Ellsworth5 married Joseph Putney and had four children: Joseph, Alfred, Sally, and Susan.
7. Deborah Ellsworth5 born about 1787; married her cousin, John Ellsworth, Jr.
8. Aaron Ellsworth5 born January 26, 1789

She identifies Benjamin as the same BENJAMIN ELLSWORTH5 of Saranac, Ionia Co., Michigan.
