Hello Bob

Thank you so much for the information you provided to me. I did not know what his military service was. This is most useful for me.

I am in the process of applying for the United Empire Loyalist Certificate proving my direct line to William Ellsworth. To prove this, primary documents are required. My question is; where/how can I find William's original will?

My 4x gr Grandmother was Rebecca Ellsworth. She married David Stilwell and died on the boat before it reached Port Burwell in Upper Canada (Ontario), per Ross McCurdy .She is buried in the Old Eden Cemetery ;

At this site is also a photo of her gravestone.

So Bob, are we cousins?
I have records from David Stilwell and Rebecca Ellsworth down to me and am willing to share if you are interested. It is exciting to make contact with long lost relatives.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks
