I have an excerpt of the German Ellsworth document which was edited by my grandfather William D. Ellsworth II. It differs in content from the "1957 PDF" and contains my grandfather's hand written edits. It starts with "The New York Line of Elsworth" and ends with what is page "500" ( or "140" ) in the third "1957 PDF". There are numerous corrections to the later sections. Basically, there are corrections where: 1) my grandfather either knew the relatives, 2) the relatives where alive in my grandfather's time or 3) he had "first hand" family history. Being a persnickety type, my grandfather was not going to let the errors go uncorrected. Which is why I suspect the typed copy I have differs in content from the PDF, the last page was re-written and four additional pages added. I will compare the document I have to the "1957 PDF" and note any differences. I'll post what I find on www.ancestry.com under my tree "William & Teckla Ellsworth" Roger Notify Administrator about this message?
