My great great grandmother's maiden name was Ellsworth. Her first name was Mary and she married John Lawther( born 1826) and lived in or around Wayne County, Michigan. Novi is one town. They had three children George, Eva Mary, Emmitt Lawther. She left her family and went into a convent near Detroit.
